Whether you have a new garden or a well-established one, maintaining it regularly is vital in order to keep your outdoor space looking at its best. Grandeur Gardens trained staff are more than happy to carry out regular maintenance for you. If preferred we will set up a regular maintenance programme with you, to take care of all those routine gardening chores, from mowing and weeding to pruning and planting, making sure that your home, workplace or site is never let down by the garden. We tailor this programme to include as much or as little of the work as you wish, leaving you free to concentrate on all those other priorities in life.
What makes our maintenance service rise above the rest is the fact that we maintain your garden with continual improvement in mind. So rather than just making the garden look good from the outside we always ensure the garden is healthy and has vitality for the years to come. We do this by improving the soil, choosing the right plants and naturally following the organic and sustainability principles that we pride ourselves for.
You can purchase maintenance blocks with a minimum of 12 hour block for one year. Each block consists of a two hour visit by our team, our hourly rate is $35 (exc. GST) per person. For example, you can purchase 20 hours of maintenance for the year which we will then schedule with yourself depending on your requirements, the season etc. as indicated below (x equals a 2 hour visit by at least one of our team). Grandeur Gardens can work from a design you have already done, organize a design you have in mind or design one especially for you managing the whole project from concept to implementation and maintenance.
Project management services allows us to ease our customers burdens by coordinating a number of trades personnel to complete the task of developing a garden that suits your needs and lifestyle.

Step 1 – Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation I will visit the site and establish site and client requirements including budget. We will measure the garden, take photos and discuss your likes and dislikes during this visit. Consultations are charged at $65.0 +gst. Travel fee may apply if distance exceeds 30kms.
Step 2 – Concept Plan
No house is built without a plan and neither should your garden. Landscape design is an essential part of landscaping because:
- it provides you with an opportunity to visualise a proposed design and be 100% happy with it
- it aids the transfer of ideas from our design team to our construction team
Concept plans are charged between $120- $365.00 (exc. GST for residential clients subject to site size. Additional costs apply for commercial sites depending on the size of the area.
Step 3 – Second Consultation
Once the concept plan has been completed a second consultation will be held to discuss any possible adjustments to your garden design.
Step 4 – Final Design and Quote
After the concept plan has been approved by the customer Grandeur Gardens will proceed to draw up the final landscaping, planting and construction plans and will submit these to the customer together with a detailed quote. At this stage we will also agree on the date of commencement. Final plan cost are dependant on the amount of changes required and charged @ $25.00 per hour.
Step 5 – Construction
Throughout the garden construction phase our team will liaise with the client in order to keep them up-to-date with the work in progress. We are also available any time to answer any queries you might have during the process.
